‘Reposition’ was founded by John Reed. As a business leader who has led a number of business expansions and business turnarounds, John has a hard-earned grasp of what it takes to ‘Reposition a business and its component parts for future success’. He has deep empathy for the demands that ‘Business Repositioning’ places on management who have to look after 'business as usual' whilst giving attention to 'Repositioning the business, or parts of the business, for future success.
Accordingly, 'Reposition' seeks to assist business leaders DEFINE 'Reposition Opportunities'.and to DRIVE 'Reposition Initiatives' that contribute to future successes. Far too many 'Reposition Opportunities' are not realised due to a lack of definition of the opportunity and the corresponding initaitive. SImilarly, many 'Reposition Initiatives' do not deliver improved performance due to weak implementation. 'Reposition' seeks to help business leaders DEFINE and DRIVE and DELIVER appropriate 'Reposition Initiatives'.
